What does a month include?

Program leadership, risk and policy work, executive reporting and audit or customer-assurance support. Priorities and cadence are confirmed with you during onboarding.

Does the CISO replace our IT team?

No. The CISO sets direction and owns the program; your IT team or MSP continues to operate systems day to day.
